REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES PLACED THROUGH AZEL CLOTHING ARE FINAL.
 

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel any orders once they've been placed. 
If you are unhappy with the fit of your item then we will be happy to offer an exchange or can process a credit note upon the return of the item. This request must be made up to 7 days after your delivery date and excludes any damaged, defective and sale items.

HOW DO I START THE EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Any items that are not in a returnable condition, may be refused and you may also lose your item.

1. Email us with your order number info@azelclothing.co.uk to get our returns address. *Please note this is a returns address via postage it is not an address to be used for in person returns or pick ups. Any threats made to this address will be reported to the police. 

(Please do not send your item(s) back before speaking to a AZEL CLOTHING representative)

2. Add a note in your parcel with your Name & order number and ‘Exchange’ on it. Please note the item you would like to exchange it to or the new size on the note. *All orders need to be sent back with the Azel Clothing zip-lock bag your clothes come in. Any orders where this is missing will incur a £3.00 deduction from their credit note. 

3. Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice, please ensure it is tracked. 

Our Returns & Exchange Policy time frame is 7 days from the day your order arrives (with 14 days for international customers). Any requests received outside of these time frames will not be accepted and you may lose your item.

We Do Not Offer Return Labels, Returns Must Be Covered By The Customer As We Offer Discounted Shipping On Your Initial Order. We also do not refund shipping at any costs.

If your return is in new condition and approved, your return will be refunded via store credit. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods at all.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your credit note once your return is received. 

Returned to sender

Any package returned to us by Royal Mail, will automatically be refunded by a credit note. The shipping cost will be deducted as well as a £5 compensation fee.

Once a credit note is processed, you will receive an email with your code, amount available on your credit note and the expiry date.
